1. In the daily inspection, pay attention to see whether the air conditioner's internal and external units are working properly! Whether it is cooling, and whether the internal unit's display panel shows.

 2. Use a multimeter to measure the power supply voltage three-phase 380V ± 10%, single-phase 220V ± 10%

3. The dedicated air conditioning line should bear 1.5 times the rated current of the air conditioner.

4. Clean the surface of the indoor unit of the air conditioner with a rag, and clean the debris at the bottom of the fan inside the filter of the air conditioner.

5. Check whether the indoor and outdoor motors are running and whether the fixing feet are firm or loose.

6. Check whether the air conditioner power cord in the indoor distribution box is aging, heating, loose wiring, falling off, and whether the ground wire is firmly grounded.

7. Clean the filter screen of the internal unit of the air conditioner, fully clean the fins of the condenser of the external unit with detergent, and remove the objects blocking the air outlet of the condenser.

8. Check whether the temperature and humidity set by the control panel are correct (temperature 25 ℃, humidity 60%)

9. Pay attention to listening to the operation sound of the compressor, whether there is a reverse phenomenon (reverse is reverse phase, the fault phenomenon is that the compressor hums or the vibration is very strong, it is relatively quiet under normal operation)

10. Measure the operating current of the compressor and the insulation resistance of the winding to the ground, tighten the wiring screws, check whether the operating noise of the compressor and the temperature of the body are normal, and measure the suction and discharge pressure.

11. When an air-conditioning fault is found and cannot be resolved, it must be reported to the project's air-conditioning supervisor on site to seek technical support, and it is also convenient to make fault maintenance records.

12. Check with the BSC on site that the air conditioner is shifting and the pressure alarm is normal, and whether the wiring terminals are secure and have labels.

13. Check related control and electrical parts, including air switch, contactor, etc.

14. Check if there are any oil marks on the mule lines and welding ports of the pipeline (in general, there will be oil marks on the leaks).
